Holiday villa in Spain with private heated pool and ideally located on the coast of southern Spain's Costa del Sol, near Malaga. A lovely bright, spacious and well equipped villa situated in a quiet residential area of Torreblanca, Fuengirola and less than 5 minutes from Fuengirola centre. The villa has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10 comfortably. One of the villas attractions is its large windows which is uncommon in most traditional Spanish holiday villas, letting in lots of that lovely Spanish sun. The villa is close to many golf courses, which makes it an ideal accommodation for golfing groups. With over 50 excellent golf courses on the Costa del Sol to choose from, you are really spoilt for choice! Whether you are looking for a quiet relaxing break by the pool or to explore this beautiful part of Spain. You can be sure that the Costa del Sol has plenty to offer!

Driving time form the villa to Malaga Airport and Torremolinos is just 15 minutes, Marbella 20 minutes, Fuengirola 5 minutes and Gibraltar 60 minutes.

Holiday villa description:

Our private holiday villa in Fuengirola is ideally located as it is close to all amenities, but just far enough if you want to 'get away from it all'. Just a 10 minute walk downhill to the beach, bars, shops, pharmacy, (please note that the return journey on foot is longer due to the fact that the villa is situated on a hill). For the elderly and families with very small children, car hire is recommended, although Fuengirola is less than 5 minutes by taxi at very reasonable fares. The promenade and the beautiful blue flag sandy beaches stretches continuously into Fuengirola where you will find a lovely marina, bars, restaurants, clubs and nice central shopping areas. Other popular towns are easily accessible by train, bus or car, such as Benalmadena (10 minutes), Torremolinos (15 minutes), Marbella (20 minutes), Puerto Banus (30 minutes) and Gibraltar (1 hour). Torreblanca train station is a 15 minute walk from the villa and local trains run frequently from Malaga (including the Airport) to Fuengirola and stop at stations in-between. The trains are clean, air conditioned, safe and the fares are cheap, which makes it a great way to visit the other popular resort towns.

The villa has a south facing garden and heated pool which benefits from all day sunshine and is fully enclosed. The swimming pool is professionally maintained twice weekly and is regularly checked for the correct ph and chlorine balance. The pool size is approximately 10 x 4 meters and the deep end is approximately 2.5 meters. The shallow end has Roman steps and is approximately 1 meter deep. Pool heating and filtration is automatically controlled. Also, the pool is conveniently situated close to the living room and next to the poolside bar and BBQ area, so you can keep an eye on the little ones in comfort! For your convenience, the villa also has a phone line with free broadband internet and free local and national telephone calls.

The pool heating temperature is maintained at an average of 80°F, which is 27°C, although in Summer the sunshine does cause the temperature to rise well above this during the day!
