Where is the Costa del Sol?

The Costa del Sol is a province of Malaga, which is part of Andalucia. The Costa del Sol stretches from Sotogrande to as far as Nerja and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations with its mild climate and endless well maintained beaches.

Western Costa del Sol: Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Calahonda, Marbella, San Pedro, Estepona, Sotogrande

Eastern Costa del Sol: Torre del Mar, Torrox, Nerja, Frigiliana, Competa

Central Costa del Sol: (in land): Alhaurin el Grande, Coin, Alora

Northern Costa del Sol: (in land): Villanueva de la Conception, Antequera

North Western Costa del: Sol (in land): Rhonda, Montejaque

There are over 100 villages within the Malaga province alone.
Malaga Airport to Fuengirola Torreblanca is just 15 minutes directly on the A7 highway. Fuengirola to Marbella is just 20 minutes.
Driving to Gibraltar is approximately 75 minutes. There are also coach excursions available and are relatively cheap.
