The Sierra Nevada is quite unusual. How many places in the world can you think of where you can go skiing in the morning then spend the afternoon on the beach after a dip in the sea.

The Sierra Nevada is a well established Ski resort with its 20 lifts that serve over 65 km of piste, although It can get busy at weekends. The general pistes are ideal for the intermediate; however there is ample off-piste skiing for advanced riders.
There are some good restaurants and lively bars, but you are not far away from the beaches if you get bored of snow!
