SERVICES INCLUDED

Cleaning, Linen and Towels

• The villa is thoroughly cleaned ready for your arrival with fresh bed linen, fresh bathroom hand towels, pool towels and kitchen tea towels.

• For guests staying more than 7 nights, the bed linen is changed after the first week.

• Final clean is included in the price.

Welcome Pack

• We provide a complimentary welcome pack to get you started on your holiday.

Electricity

• We give an allowance of 300 kw per week for electricity usage. Anything above this is chargeable at the rate of 020p per kw (incl: taxes). The electricity meter will be read at check-in time (normally 4pm) and we kindly request a reading be taken and noted down on the 'Welcome Note' by the guest just before departure.
  Please note that there is no electricity allowance for our Winter Sun Special Offer.
   

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

• Maid service is not included for the duration of your stay.

• Bath towels are not provided at the villa.
