These charges for short breaks are based on a percentage of the normal weekly tariff and does not apply to any special discounted rates.
Full payment is required for bookings less than 7 nights.

Late Check-out: Minimum charge £50 (4 people or less) or £10 per person. Only during low season, if available.

Please Note: We are unable to accept bookings from groups under the age of 21.

The prices are per week (not per person) and based on self catering. If dates span two tariff bands then the cost is calculated on a pro-rata basis.

A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is required to secure a booking. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure.

Bed linen is changed weekly. A welcome pack is provided.
On arrival, you will find plenty of information including things to do and places to visit on the Costa del Sol.
The private pool and garden is maintained twice weekly.

One of the Fuengirola’s main attractions is its wonderful seven kilometres of clean sandy beaches, stretching from Torreblanca to the Sohail Castle, Fuengirola. Torreblanca is an urbanisation of Fuengirola.
