• 1 to 4 persons: The cost for 7 nights is only £599.

• 5 or more persons (up to 9): The cost for 7 nights is only £699.

• Any additional days required is calculated on a pro-rata basis.

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking during the 'Winter Special Offer'. Balance including the security deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
  For example: A 7 night stay the deposit is £299.50 and the balance is £299.50 + £200 security deposit which is refundable less electricity usage. Please note that full payment is required if less than 8 weeks to departure.

• Price per week during the 'Winter Special Offer' excludes electricity. Typical weekly electrical usage on average is approximately 300 Kw, which equates to approximately £60. Please note pool heating available, 7 days notice required prior to arrival.

• Special offers only apply for holiday rentals during November - February (excluding Christmas and New Year.)

A security deposit of £200 is required with the final payment. Electricity is charged at 0.20p per Kw (including all charges and taxes). A meter reading is taken on arrival and departure. Charges for electricity is then deducted from the security deposit.
